Your Task |
|
In a few moments, you will be choosing the Inventor you will be research
over the coming days using the Internet. You will have to answer
some questions about the inventor you select on your Inventor
Worksheet before putting the
information into two paragraph report using Microsoft Word here in Mr. Bitting's classroom. This report will then eventually make it's way
into the Invention & Inventor newsletter you will create
after you finish writing out the rough draft and then typing up your articles.

Online Encyclopedias
On the encyclopedia sites, you will need
to search for the name of your inventor within the encyclopedia
and then read through the article about them.

Inventor Information Archives
On both of these Subject Sites, you can
use the alphabetical lists to find your inventor by their last
name.

Search Sites
This will take you to a list of inventors that
Yahoo! Find your inventors name in the list and Yahoo Kids will
provide you with one or more websites to find information.
